What to know before we talk.

Usually yes. I plug into Calendly, Acuity, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and most booking platforms with API access. If yours isn't on that list, I'll check during the assessment.

The reminders still work -- you just need a digital record of the appointment somewhere (even a simple CRM or spreadsheet can work as a trigger source). If you're still 100% paper-based, part of the engagement is moving to a lightweight digital system.

Yes. I write all messages to match your voice and you approve them before anything goes live. Timing, tone, and content are all configurable.

Reminders are the fastest automation I build -- typically live within a week of the assessment. Waitlist management takes a bit longer depending on your booking setup.
