What to know before we talk.

I use structured interviews with you and your team leads, combined with watching how work actually gets done -- not how you think it gets done. Most businesses are surprised by how many undocumented processes exist. The extraction phase typically takes 2-3 sessions of about 90 minutes each.
I use tools you already have or that fit your budget -- Notion, Google Workspace, or Confluence are common. I don't lock you into a proprietary system. The AI assistant sits on top of whatever you choose.
That's exactly why I build a maintenance workflow into the system. Every SOP has an owner and a review date. When a process changes, the SOP update is a 10-minute task -- not a project. A stale knowledge base is worse than no knowledge base.
