$60 your first hour, intro price

Chuck runs his own company with AI agents built on Claude Code. In one hour on a screen share, he gets it running on your computer and does a real job with you.

You have heard Claude Code can build tools and run whole jobs on its own. The guides are written for programmers. You want someone who uses it every day to set it up with you and show you what it can do for a business.

In one hour, you leave with:

You leave with it working.

Your first hour is $60, an intro price. One on one, on a screen share.

How Chuck sets up Claude Code for a business

This is the setup Chuck runs his own company on. He spends most of his working day talking to one folder of notes in Claude Code.

  1. One folder for the business.

Everything Claude needs lives in plain text files in one folder: how you work, your customers, your projects. There is no database and no app, only files you can read yourself.

  2. A CLAUDE.md file that routes.

Claude reads this file first, every time. Keep it short, and fill it with pointers: clients are in this folder, procedures are in that one.

  3. Give every kind of thing a home.

Chuck sorts everything into a few buckets: procedures, tools, websites, outside services and facts. When something new comes up, the only question is which bucket it goes in.

  4. Turn repeat jobs into skills.

A skill is a saved playbook. Say how you want it done once and reuse it forever. Make one when a job hides several steps or has to be done your way. Skip it for a one-step request.

  5. Give it a memory it can't lose.

A short index of what it has learned about you, one line each, pointing to longer notes. Old notes get archived, never deleted.

  6. Define done before it builds.

Before Claude builds anything, write down what done looks like and how it will check. If it can't check its own work, you end up checking all of it.

Chuck's rule: The main file doesn't answer the question. It tells Claude where to look.

What happens in your hour

  1. Book and pay.

Pick a time and pay $60 for your first hour. Chuck emails you a few short questions, so the hour starts on your real problem.

  2. First 10 minutes: what you have.

You share your screen. Chuck checks your plan, what is connected and what you already know. Your answers set the pace.

  3. The middle: build it.

You build the one thing you came for, on your own screen, with your own work. Chuck does the first few with you. Then you do the next one while he watches.

  4. Last 10 minutes: next steps.

You leave with it working and a short list of what to do on your own. More help is there if you want it. Nothing is required.

Questions

What is Claude Code?

Claude, working directly on your computer. It can read and write your files, run tasks and build small tools, and it asks before it does anything big.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You tell it what you want in plain words. Chuck shows you how to give it good instructions and how to check its work.

Which plan do I need?

A paid Claude plan. We look at how much you will use it and pick the plan that fits.

What does it cost?

Your first hour is $60, an intro price. You pay when you book. If you want more help after that, we talk about it at the end of the hour.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring your business and what you want AI to do for it. You and Chuck work on it together, in plain words, on a screen share.

ChatGPT or Claude?

Whichever you already use, or whichever fits you best. We are not tied to one product.

Where are you?

Albany, CA. The hour is on a video call, so we work with owners anywhere.
