Claude for your business. Set up right.

$60 your first hour, intro price

Claude can do a lot more than answer questions. In one hour on a screen share, Chuck sets it up so it knows your business and does real work.

You signed up for Claude, or you are thinking about it. You use it like a chat box, and you know there is more. Projects, Cowork, connectors: you are not sure what matters for your business.

In one hour, you leave with:

You leave with it working.

Your first hour is $60, an intro price. One on one, on a screen share.

How to set up Claude for your business

Claude works on the same idea as ChatGPT, with different strengths. It is the stronger writer, and it can work on the files on your computer.

  1. Make a Project for the business.

Claude Projects work like ChatGPT's: a home for chats on one topic, with its own instructions and files.

  2. Write the instructions as a brief.

What the business is, who it serves, how you talk, what it must never do. The brief is the real work. Take it away and the answers go generic.

  3. Decide: your files or the cloud?

Chuck asks this first. If your work lives in Google Docs, plain Claude with connectors may be all you need. If it lives in files on your computer, Cowork or Claude Code can work on them directly.

  4. Give Cowork one folder and one job.

Point it at a single folder and a task you know well, like turning a pile of notes into a summary. Watch it work step by step before you trust it with more.

  5. Ask where each answer came from.

On anything that matters, ask: "Which parts come from my files, and which are your guess?"

Chuck's rule: Five minutes to set up, weeks to earn trust.

What happens in your hour

  1. Book and pay.

Pick a time and pay $60 for your first hour. Chuck emails you a few short questions, so the hour starts on your real problem.

  2. First 10 minutes: what you have.

You share your screen. Chuck checks your plan, what is connected and what you already know. Your answers set the pace.

  3. The middle: build it.

You build the one thing you came for, on your own screen, with your own work. Chuck does the first few with you. Then you do the next one while he watches.

  4. Last 10 minutes: next steps.

You leave with it working and a short list of what to do on your own. More help is there if you want it. Nothing is required.

Questions

What is Cowork?

The part of the Claude desktop app that can work on files on your computer, step by step, while you watch. It is made for people who don't code.

Should I switch from ChatGPT?

Not unless there is a reason. If ChatGPT does the job, stay with it. If you want help choosing, book the hour and we work it out together.

What does it cost?

Your first hour is $60, an intro price. You pay when you book. If you want more help after that, we talk about it at the end of the hour.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring your business and what you want AI to do for it. You and Chuck work on it together, in plain words, on a screen share.

ChatGPT or Claude?

Whichever you already use, or whichever fits you best. We are not tied to one product.

Where are you?

Albany, CA. The hour is on a video call, so we work with owners anywhere.
