ChatGPT for your business. Sorted and set up.

$60 your first hour, intro price

Hundreds of chats, no order, and it forgets what you told it last week. In one hour on a screen share, Chuck sorts it out with you and puts it to work.

Personal stuff, business stuff and research all sit in one long list. Every new chat starts from zero, so you explain your business again. You have heard it can do much more, and you are not sure where to start.

In one hour, you leave with:

You leave with it working.

Your first hour is $60, an intro price. One on one, on a screen share.

How to organize ChatGPT for your business

This is the setup Chuck walks people through in a first hour. You can also do it yourself in an afternoon.

  1. One Project for each part of your life or business.

A Project is a folder for chats. Make one for each big topic: the business, a big project, personal. Three is a good start.

  2. Write the Project instructions.

This is the brain. Your goals, numbers, timeline and who is involved. Add rules like "ask before assuming numbers" and "never present a guess as a price."

  3. Add the key files once.

Upload the documents you keep pasting in. Every chat in the Project can see them.

  4. Keep memory inside the Project.

In the Project settings, memory can stay inside that Project. Your business chats stop leaking into personal ones, and the other way around.

  5. Move your old chats in.

Open an old chat and move it to its Project. Do five and the habit sticks. Archive the rest.

  6. One topic, one chat.

When the job changes, start a new chat in the right Project. Long mixed chats are where it starts to forget.

Chuck's rule: When a chat goes well, ask: "Turn what worked in this chat into a reusable instruction." Paste it into the Project. Write how you like it done once. After that it's one sentence.

What happens in your hour

  1. Book and pay.

Pick a time and pay $60 for your first hour. Chuck emails you a few short questions, so the hour starts on your real problem.

  2. First 10 minutes: what you have.

You share your screen. Chuck checks your plan, what is connected and what you already know. Your answers set the pace.

  3. The middle: build it.

You build the one thing you came for, on your own screen, with your own work. Chuck does the first few with you. Then you do the next one while he watches.

  4. Last 10 minutes: next steps.

You leave with it working and a short list of what to do on your own. More help is there if you want it. Nothing is required.

Questions

What is a ChatGPT Project?

A folder for chats, with its own instructions and files. Every chat inside it shares the same background, so you stop repeating yourself.

Will I lose my old chats?

No. We move them. We don't delete them.

Which ChatGPT plan do I need?

A paid plan works best. For most owners the cheapest paid plan is enough. We look at yours together.

What does it cost?

Your first hour is $60, an intro price. You pay when you book. If you want more help after that, we talk about it at the end of the hour.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring your business and what you want AI to do for it. You and Chuck work on it together, in plain words, on a screen share.

ChatGPT or Claude?

Whichever you already use, or whichever fits you best. We are not tied to one product.

Where are you?

Albany, CA. The hour is on a video call, so we work with owners anywhere.
