Sound familiar?
The margins are thin and the days are long. The office work never stops: ordering, staff schedules, posts for this week's shows, and emails from vendors.
In one hour, you leave with:
Your first hour is $60, an intro price. One on one, on a screen share.
Where AI helps a restaurant or venue first
Start with the office, not the kitchen. These are the jobs where AI pays off fastest.
-
Give it the basics once.
Menu, hours, events calendar and how you talk to guests. Put them in a Project so every post and email starts from the real facts.
-
Event posts and guest emails.
Weekly show posts, private-event replies, vendor emails. It drafts, and you approve and send.
-
Have it build the budget sheet.
Ask it to build a spreadsheet for food cost, staffing or an event budget. Don't let it do the sums in a chat.
-
Scaling recipes and orders.
When it scales a recipe or an order, tell it never to turn "some" into a number, and to list what needs a chef's call.
-
Check event details against each other.
Give it the contract, the menu and the run sheet. Ask for matches, mismatches, missing details and questions for the team. Tell it not to edit the originals.
Chuck's rule: A blank is not zero.
What happens in your hour
-
Book and pay.
Pick a time and pay $60 for your first hour. Chuck emails you a few short questions, so the hour starts on your real problem.
-
First 10 minutes: what you have.
You share your screen. Chuck checks your plan, what is connected and what you already know. Your answers set the pace.
-
The middle: build it.
You build the one thing you came for, on your own screen, with your own work. Chuck does the first few with you. Then you do the next one while he watches.
-
Last 10 minutes: next steps.
You leave with it working and a short list of what to do on your own. More help is there if you want it. Nothing is required.

Questions
Do I need new software?
No. We start with ChatGPT or Claude and the tools you already have.
Does it work for bars and music venues too?
Yes. The office work is much the same: events, staff, ordering and marketing.
What does it cost?
Your first hour is $60, an intro price. You pay when you book. If you want more help after that, we talk about it at the end of the hour.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You bring your business and what you want AI to do for it. You and Chuck work on it together, in plain words, on a screen share.
ChatGPT or Claude?
Whichever you already use, or whichever fits you best. We are not tied to one product.
Where are you?
Albany, CA. The hour is on a video call, so we work with owners anywhere.
