The bank wants a plan, projections and market research. That is weeks of work, and the template you found doesn't fit your business.

You leave with it working.

Your first hour is $60, an intro price. One on one, on a screen share.

How to use AI on a business plan without made-up numbers

AI is fast at research and first drafts. It is also happy to invent a number. Chuck's method keeps it working from your real facts.

  1. Set the hard rule first.

In the Project instructions: never invent dates, prices or quantities. If something is missing, write "unknown."

  2. Study what worked and what didn't.

Have it gather plans and projects like yours, then summarize what the successful ones had in common and what the failures shared. Then draft.

  3. Ask what's missing.

Give it the bank's template or a sample plan, then ask: "What am I missing from this?"

  4. Keep four piles apart.

Confirmed facts, assumptions, calculations and judgment calls. Never let them blur together.

  5. Build the numbers in a spreadsheet.

Have it build the projection sheet. Check one row and one total by hand. Change an input and see that the rest moves the right way.

  6. Cite and date every fact.

Every market number gets a link and a date. On anything that matters, ask: "Which parts come from the source, and which are your inference?"

Chuck's rule: Never present a guess as a fact.

What happens in your hour

  1. Book and pay.

Pick a time and pay $60 for your first hour. Chuck emails you a few short questions, so the hour starts on your real problem.

  2. First 10 minutes: what you have.

You share your screen. Chuck checks your plan, what is connected and what you already know. Your answers set the pace.

  3. The middle: build it.

You build the one thing you came for, on your own screen, with your own work. Chuck does the first few with you. Then you do the next one while he watches.

  4. Last 10 minutes: next steps.

You leave with it working and a short list of what to do on your own. More help is there if you want it. Nothing is required.
