Every owner I talk to is in roughly the same place.

You read about AI every day. Your competitors are probably using it. Your kids and grandkids talk about it. Some salesperson keeps trying to sell you a tool that costs $4,000 a month and promises to change your business.

You don’t know what’s real and what’s noise. You don’t know what’s worth paying for. You don’t know what to fix first. Your operations are full of things you’ve been meaning to get to for years, and now there’s a whole new category of things you don’t even understand.

So you do nothing, or you buy the wrong thing, or you sit through another sales call and feel exactly the same afterward.

Three steps. About 10 minutes.

01

Tap through a few questions.

How your business runs today, and which jobs you still do by hand. Mostly taps, a short answer or two. Skip anything you like.

02

A short chat with Sofia.

Sofia is my AI assistant. She asks about three short topics, one at a time, then tells you what she heard so you can fix anything she got wrong. Say skip to move on, or go straight to your report.

03

Your report, by email.

You see your result right away, and a written report follows by email. We send a code to confirm your email first, so the report only goes to you.

Here is what you get.

Your report is written from your own answers and your chat with Sofia. Here is a sample, for a bakery with two shops.

Sample report Page 1 of a sample report. The headline names the owner's top win, fewer repeat questions on prices and delivery days. A four-step ladder from Curious to Running on AI marks her as 'You are here' at step 2, Trying it, and three cards show how AI would answer cafe questions for her.
Where you are today. Your biggest win in one line, where you sit on the four steps from “Curious” to “Running on AI,” and the job you said you’d hand off first.
Page 2 of a sample report. A spider chart compares the business today with its full potential across six areas: customers, email and admin, quotes, money and numbers, know-how, and marketing, with a note on what AI could do in each.
The gap. Six parts of your business, how much AI helps today, and what it could do in each one.
Page 3 of a sample report. Three numbered first moves, then a to-do list of this week's chores with most of them crossed off and marked 'AI handles it.'
Your first 3 moves. Where to start, and the chores that come off your plate, crossed off one by one.

An honest answer, even if it’s “not yet.”

The assessment is free and nobody calls you unless you book a time. If a $20 ChatGPT or Claude plan is all you need, the report says so. I’d rather you start small and see it work than buy something you don’t need.

An operator first. The AI part comes second.

Most “AI audits” come from tool sellers who learned about AI six months ago and now hand you a list of software to buy. The “operations audits” usually come from big firms that hand you a binder and disappear.

I’m neither. I ran a four-location media company that sold for seven figures. I ran an electric scooter media business from zero to a million in revenue and sold that too. I built operations from scratch as COO of a fast-growing juice company. I wrote a book on what I learned, and Inc. Magazine published it in 2023. When AI got good enough to actually rebuild operations around, I went deep. The work below is real, deployed, and runs every day.

The questions in the assessment come from that. Operations first. AI shows up where it’s the right answer, and stays out of the way where it isn’t.

Real things. Running every day.

When your report points to a custom build, this is what that looks like coming from me, not a slide deck of someone else’s case studies.

The report is yours either way.

Plenty of owners take the report and run with it themselves. That’s why it ends with three first moves. Some want me to set it up with them, or stay on as their part-time chief AI officer. If that sounds useful, book 30 minutes from the report and we’ll talk it through.

Questions I get before people start.

How is this different from someone selling me an AI tool?
I don’t sell tools. The report points to whatever is actually right for you: the tools you already pay for, a $20 AI plan set up properly, or a bigger setup. If the answer is “you don’t need much yet,” it says that.
Who is Sofia?
Sofia is my AI assistant. She runs the assessment for me, asks the follow-up questions, and writes your report.
How much of my time does it take?
About 10 minutes. If you get pulled away, come back to the same page with the same email and pick up where you left off.
Why do you need my email?
That’s where the report goes. We send a short code to confirm it’s really you, so your report only goes to you. Your answers are private. Only Sofia and I see them. They are not used to train AI.
How many times will you email me?
Three times at most. Sofia sends your report, checks in two days later, and sends one last note a week later. Then she stops. If you reply or book a time, the check-ins stop right away. Reply “stop” and you will not hear from us again.
Is my business big enough for this?
It’s free and takes about 10 minutes, so there’s no downside to finding out. If AI won’t help you much yet, the report says so.
What if I read the report and decide not to do anything?
That’s a totally normal outcome. The report gives you clarity. What you do with it is up to you.
I’d rather talk to a person.
